Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. To ensure the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.

Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility and is a requirement to store in this facility. We request that you provide proof of insurance and a copy of your registration for the stored vehicle.

Can I have my lease payment automatically charged to my credit card each month?
Yes. When you set up your online account, you can specify payment options.

What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is preauthorized credit card only; Visa and MasterCard.

What is the minimum time I can store for?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. All motor vehicles or vessels must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire leasing process can be handled online or by email with electronic signatures. A rental may begin on your date of choice which allows bringing your storage items in, meet with our storage manager, who will provide you with access codes, keyless fob and general site information.
